The length and nature of the recruitment process at Technomargin depends on a case-to-case basis and your location. However, generally your application once received, is reviewed by the recruitment team to ensure if the requirements are met. If they do meet, you will be contacted by them to schedule an interview.

The interview process, as said earlier, may include multiple interviews by the right Technomargin representatives. At times, the CEO can also call you for a session. You can be asked to perform tasks given prior or during the interview sessions. There is also a possibility that you can be invited for an assessment day or to perform practical tests.
